well, apparently the problem with my knee is that i strained the mcl, fortunately where it connects with the shin bone, not in the joint, so it's not horrible.
i guess my feet are pretty damn flat so even though my running shoes are supposed to help, i still need to use arch supports (all the time apparently)
i knew i had flat feet but the dr was like, "those are pretty flat." sweet.
off to toronto next week, eh? now i just found out i'm going to have to teach another training class. at least it's in boston. i'm glad that "i won't be teaching on a regular basis."

when i read the subject, i thought this was going a totally different direction.
good news about your strain, it really seems like running is great but always comes at a price. i don't know anyone who can't say they've had some strain or injury. i think we should all just get the exer-belt type workouts, with focused electric pulses. seems logical.
oh did you think it was about that lady suing mcd's over the fries?
i definitely thought it was secret ingredient/food allergy related...or maybe a commentary on the commercialism of the olympics...
i think that walking is the best, not running, or jogging, just walking at a quick/brisk pace...
secret ingredient ... nice. where's chairman kaga?
